What is Adult Social care?
The Sector Skills Council define it as: “The provision of personal and practical support to enable people to live their lives. Supporting individuals to maintain their independence and dignity and to make sure they have choice and control”
We are committed to helping all healthcare and supporting workers in developing their career pathways.
Our portfolio of training courses is designed to provide practitioners and managers with a choice of high quality, practice based learning opportunities for all of their care and ancillary staff .
We have a range of accredited and short bespoke courses to suit all needs and are able to provide mandatory training that encompasses the National Minimum Training Standards (NMTS) required by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for England and the Social Care Induction framework required by The Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW).
